What does it mean to have a "great culture"? And if it is so great, why can't we explain what that means? If the leaders within the company can't explain it, how do we know it is real? Cultures are not one size fits all. There is no right/wrong, good/bad. There is healthy and unhealthy. In this session, we will explore what work culture is, and is not. We will look at what it means to define a culture in such a way that it becomes actionable, practical, and real. We will explore how to define and evolve our work cultures to meet changing business needs, hybrid work, multi-generational teams and more.
